Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high until apples are tender - about 4 hours. Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth. Continue cooking on high 1-2 hours, until thick and jamlike. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
