In a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven, roast almonds for 10-12 minutes. Set aside. Melt butter in large frying pan. Saute onions until translucent. Mix in celery & parsley. Add SunRype Unsweetened Apple Sauce. Mix well. Add bread cubes, stirring well to soak up butter mixture. Add roasted almonds, salt, tarragon & pepper. Mix well again. Spoon mixture into a greased casserole dish & bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 35-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
