Kelli's Berry Protein Smoothie


Kelli's favourite juice to use in this recipe is SunRype's Blueberry Harvest 100% Juice but she says that SunRype's Summer Berry or SunRype's Fruit Plus Veggies Strawberry Banana are good choices too.

Prep Time:  5 minutes

Makes:  1 serving


1/2 cup (125 mL)
raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup (125 mL)
blueberries (fresh or frozen)
strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/4 cup (375 mL)
SunRype Blueberry Harvest 100% Juice
1 scoop
vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. (15 mL)
flax seeds (optional)
1/2 cup (125 mL)
cottage cheese or vanilla yogurt (optional)


Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until it's the desired consistency (approximately 1 minute). Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Please note: Optional ingredients will make the smoothie thicker.
