Apple Mocha Icing


Looking for a new icing for your favourite cake?  This might be the recipe for you!

Prep Time:  10 minutes


1/4 cup (60 mL)
2 1/2 cups (625 mL)
sifted icing sugar
1/4 tsp. (1 mL)
instant coffee
3 Tbsp. (45 mL)
SunRype 100% Pure Apple Juice


Cream butter until very soft. Add icing sugar gradually, blending thoroughly. Dissolve instant coffee in 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of hot water and add to mixture. Add SunRype Apple Juice slowly until icing is the right spreading consistency.
