Apple Oatmeal

Cook Time: 3 minutes (and 5 minutes standing time)
Makes: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
1
apple - peeled, cored & chopped
2 1/3 cups (575 mL)
SunRype Pure Not From Concentrate Apple Juice
1 1/3 cups (325 mL)
oats (any type)
1 tsp. (5 mL)
cinnamon
2 Tbsp. (30 mL)
raisins
2 tsp. (10 mL)
sweetener: honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
Instructions
In a pot combine apple, SunRype Pure Not From Concentrate Apple Juice, oats and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes (depending on your style of oats), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in raisins and your choice of sweetener. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy.
