Baked Fruit Casserole

apples, cored & quartered

apricots (pitted), halved
1 cup (250 mL)
cherries (pitted)

pears, cored & quartered
1 cup (250 mL)
fresh cranberries (or frozen)
1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL)
cinnamon
1/4 tsp. (1 mL)
anise powder
1/2 cup (125 mL)
brown sugar
1/4 cup (60 mL)
SunRype Pure Orange Juice
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve on its own or over your favourite ice cream or yogurt.
