FruitSource Chocolate Chip Macaroons

Preparation

No flour, no butter, no added sugar - gluten free yumminess!

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Bake Time:  12 minutes

Makes:  2 dozen

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 mL)
coconut oil
1/4 cup (60 mL)
honey
2
large eggs
1/4 tsp. (1 mL)
vanilla
1/4 tsp. (1 mL)
sea salt
3/4 cup (175 mL)
fine macaroon coconut
1/4 cup (60 mL)
shredded coconut
1/4 cup (60 mL)
SunRype FruitSource Bar (cut up) or FruitSource Bites (any flavour)
1/4 cup (60 mL)
dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla and sea salt. Add in fine macaroon coconut, shredded coconut, SunRype FruitSource Bar pieces or Bites, and chocolate chips. Put into mini cupcake papers or on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
