Blend a grapefruit smoothie using Slim Pink Grapefruit, strawberries, coconut milk, and vanilla yogurt for a low-calorie delight. This smooth, frothy mix, garnished with grapefruit wedges and strawberries, offers a perfect balance of tangy and sweet flavors, ideal for a nutritious snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Slim Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup (125 mL) coconut milk
  • ¼ cup (62 mL) vanilla yogurt
  • Grapefruit wedges and strawberries, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place the Slim Pink Grapefruit, frozen strawberries, coconut milk and vanilla yogurt into a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.

  3. Divide among 2 glasses. Top each with grapefruit and strawberries.

Prepare with
