Ingredients Thyme Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • ½ cup (125 mL) sugar
  • 4 thyme sprigs
Grapefruit Thyme Mocktail
  • 4 oz (120 mL) Slim Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 ½ oz (45 mL) thyme simple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Grapefruit wedges and rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Ice
Directions
  1. Thyme Simple Syrup
  2. In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add the sugar and mix well until it’s completely dissolved.

  3. Add the thyme and let it boil for 2 minutes then remove from the stove.

  4. Let the mixture sit for 30-60 minutes then remove the thyme springs.

  5. Grapefruit Thyme Mocktail
  6. In a glass filled with ice, add Slim Pink Grapefruit and thyme simple syrup.

  7. Stir to combine, and top with tonic water.

  8. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and thyme sprig.
